I wasn’t expecting the crushed raspberries to hold up so well in the bottle, but they make every sip feel fresh and juicy. The gin comes through nicely without overpowering the fruit, and it’s dangerously easy to finish a whole glass before dinner even starts.
The lime and Chambord balance is spot on—sweet but not cloying, with the gin coming through clean. I poured mine over ice and the crushed raspberries on top made it feel like a proper cocktail hour at home.
