Adnams Copper House Gin, vermouth en Campari maken deze verfijnde maar eenvoudige Italiaanse klassieker. Zoete en bittere tonen worden gecombineerd met een vleugje sinaasappel. We voegen ook gedroogde sinaasappelschijfjes toe ter garnering.

The dried orange slices are a lovely touch—I tossed one in the glass and the citrus really lifts the whole drink. Bottled straight from the Copper House Gin base, this tastes as good as what I'd get at a decent bar.
The balance between the sweet vermouth and bitter Campari is spot-on, and the gin gives it a nice botanical backbone. Poured over ice with one of the included orange slices, it tastes like a proper cocktail in seconds.
